Emei Micro-Cosmic Orbit
The Microcosmic orbit of the conception and governor vessels regulate all of the organs,
bowels and channel systems of the body. Once we leave the womb the orbit is broken and through
societal conditioning it becomes weaker and more broken as we travers the four stages of birth,
old age, sickness and death. Reconecting the orbit through qigong cultivation and meditation
harmonizes the body and mind, unites duality, and returns practitioners to their pre-natal
disposition in the sphere of intrinsic awareness. Through proper posture, physical adjustments,
and energy transmission and practicing in a group the microcosmic orbit is quickly reconnected
and the results of youthful vitality are obtained. After realizing the micro-cosmic orbit it is
easy to expand that to the macro-cosmic orbit of the whole body. After opening all of
the channels of the macro-cosmic orbit the Uniting of Heaven and Earth Meditation is practiced
to return to the primordial state of non-arising and non-ceasing.
The mind continuum like an eternal knot flows without beginning - without an end.
