All Sacred Journeys Include:
Everything on your Sacred Journey from Beijing and back again. Round trip domestic airfare, all ground transportation,
tuition, room and board, all the food you can eat, travel permits, local insurance and taxes.
All Sacred Journeys Do Not Include:
International Airfare, taxis to and from the Beijing airport, personal donations to the masters, temples, ceremonies,
tips for the guides and drivers, personal expenses, personal excursions, personal souvenirs, single room suplement,
rooms outside of the group tour, travel insurance, body work, robes, dharma bags, medicines, porter fees, phone calls,
food and beverages outside the normal meals.
Prices and schedule are subject to change. All treks are based on a 10 pax. 30% deposit holds your seat. Payment in
full due one month prior to trek unless otherwise stated. No refunds after treks begin. Some treks have limited
enrollment so register early. Late registrants can call for availability.

Getting good airline tickets at a reasonable price is an art unto itself.

International air tickets from NYC costs approximately $1000 if purchased early. The cheap tickets
get bought up quickly and the longer you wait to reserve a seat the harder it gets to get a ticket.
On the 2010 Sacred Journey NY-Beijing tickets went up to over $2000 very quickly. Planning in advanced
always saves on time, money and stress.
Refund fees
If you cancel three months before the journey begins $300.
If you cancel one month before the journey begins $500.
If you cancel 2 weeks before the journey begins $1000.
No refund after the journey begins.
